Last week, CheckRecipient attended the British Banking Association’s Cyber Resilience Conference.

The event took place at the offices of Allen & Overy and was sponsored by BT, BAE Systems, BitSight, Axelos Resilia, Templar Executives and ZoneFox.

The conference focused on questions such as: How can banks protect customer data? How can a bank create the right culture of cyber resilience from the top to the bottom of the organisation? What are the key vulnerabilities banks face? How can they be more effective at resisting, responding and recovering from cyber-attacks?

This conference took place as part of CyRes Week, a pioneering educational and behaviour change initiative aimed at helping banks understand how to become more resilient against cyber-attacks, comprising of a series of events addressing key risk, technology, governance and conduct issues including workshops, site visits and roundtables.
